UWB locator for indoor position system

In RTLS, a locator is a device that detects a signal from a UWB tag and passes it to a position server to calculate the position of the tag.
To implement a particular space to be positioned indoors, a series of locators must be installed within that space to create an RTLS environment.
This environment for asset tracking, forklift monitoring, logistics flow or employee tracking can be established, and by adding locators and tags to the deployed infrastructure make it easier to use as the space expands. Depending on the shape of the space and the different needs of the project, a combination of locators and tags can be customized to satisfy the demand of the site.

G-Pixel

G-Pixel is a tag that combines positioning technology and an electronic indicator.

It is used in place of paper price tags in stores and provides position signals as well as various information such as price, inventory and product information. Tags that only provide simple position data meet an information display function, allowing the visualization and displaying of various information, including items, prices, quantity, inventory status, work instructions and advertisements in real-time.

UWB Tag

Tags are small devices attached to tracking targets.
RTLS tags are used for asset tracking, vehicle tracking,
material or process flow analysis, and employee position tracking.

Geoplan tags provide high accuracy with long battery life, and they can track hundreds of tags
within a region simultaneously. In addition, each project has different tag requirements,
so Geoplan developed and provides standardized tags.

Portable type tag / GEO TAG / ID210, ID220

The tag is operated using a small coin battery and is a light weight tag
that can be carried by an individual which is used for real-time
position identification and tracking.

Call for assistance, including motion detectors for personal safety,
using the PUSH button and buzzers for motion verification in the event of an emergency.

Electronic Shelf Label Tag
G-Pixel

G-Pixel is an electronic display tag that combines positioning technology with an electronic display (Electrical Shelf Label). ESL is an Internet of Things (IoT) technology that transmits product information from a central administration server and displays text, photos, or barcodes on multiple ESL at the same time. Also ESL are a replacement for traditional paper functions and can even save money with low-power communication. UWB is installed in the G-Pixel to collect real-time location information and provide customers with various location-based solutions such as product location guidance, first-in-first-out management, and inventory display by product.

Portable type tag / GEO TAG / TR100

The TR100 is a small RTLS tag with SR040 Chip (Ultra Wideband standard compatible) designed to be used in a variety of ways, including attaching to industrial assets, fastening to workers' work clothes and safety helmets, and wearing safe band on their wrists.
It is equipped with a motion detection sensor as well as a precise position tracking function to detect movement, and includes a push button for events or emergencies. It also includes a led fuction to verify that the tag works well.

Uplugnplay

The Geoplan AN300 is a plug-in type locator designed based on NXP's SR150 Ultra and QN9090 BLE MCU. It integrates all circuits, power management, and clock circuits into a single module and supports 5 RF ports (4 RX ports and 1 TRX port). The module complies with IEEE 802.15.4 HRP and BLE 5.0 standards.

To enhance the accessibility of UWB RTLS technology on existing network infrastructures, we have developed and designed it in a plug-and-play manner. Through a partnership with the global network equipment company CISCO, we have integrated and validated the technology with Cisco APs (Access Points), and the beta version has been released.

The Uplugnplay locator can be easily integrated with existing network infrastructure equipment, minimizing the need for additional wiring or infrastructure setup costs.

UWB Module

Geoplan MU500 is a UWB and BLE combo module based on NXP's SR150 Ultra.

It features an ultra-wideband (UWB) transceiver, QN9090BLE MCU and SE051 IoT security element.

All circuits, power management and clock circuits are integrated into one module, and support five RF ports (4 RX ports, 1 TRX port).

The module complies with IEEE 802.15.4 HRP and Bluetooth LE 5.0.
